This coffee comes from a producer named Norberto Lopez. Norberto learned everything about coffee from working with his Uncles from 1978-1987. He then purchased two hectares from his grandfather and began his coffee growing journey. A strong supporter of building up the community, Norberto hires predominantly female labour to pick his coffee cherries. He is always working toward creating the producing the best possible beans he can.
The honey process used for Las Antenas leaves some of the fruit’s mucilage on the beans during drying, creating a vibrant sweetness and a luscious body.
