This coffee comes from a producer named Fredy Ochoa. Fredy grew up with his family on this property, a family dedicated to agriculture, especially maize, beans, and vegetables. In 2012, Fredy inherited a portion of the property from his mother when she passed away and began with 200 coffee plants. Slowly, he kept planting more coffee over the years.
The washed process enhances its clarity, bringing out its vibrant fruit flavors while maintaining a clean, balanced profile.
